Compliance Update
The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) has recently contracted an outside consultant to perform New York State DEC Petroleum Bulk Storage Inspections (PBS). During the following weeks they will be inspecting all fueling facility storage tanks, including both retail and commercial gas stations.
